I must have written or e-mailed permission to include any modern day information, such as modern names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. To have information or photographs removed, I need a written or e-mailed request from the subject.

For arms or photographs, I need the permission of the artist or photographer on the appropriate Publication Permission form. NOTE: Owning the photograph is not the same as being the photographer. The current heraldic forms grant sufficient permission for their artwork to be used here. We are allowed to display older registered arms from the baronial files, where available. But if your arms are missing above, or you would like a better drawing, there are many talented people here who can redraw the arms for you.
